Decision N-0185 D/MINFOF/CAB of 29 April 2024 to temporally suspend Forest exploitation activities in the NYAMBAKA council Forest.

hereby decides as follows
Article 1: Pursuant to the combined provisions of Article 65 of Law No. 94/01 of 20 January 1994 to lay down Forestry, Wildlife and Fisheries regulations and Articles 130,131,132 and 133 of Decree No. 95/531 of 23 August 1995 to lay down conditions for the enforcement of Forestry regulations, the NYAMBAKA council Forest located in the Vina Division, Adamaoua Region,is with effect from the date of signature of this Decision, suspended for a three(03) months renewable period, for involvement in unauthorized logging in a council forest, fraudulent use of documents issued by the services in charge of forestry and non-compilance with contractual obligations.
