MINFOF women gearing up for the International Women's Day celebrations

As part of the celebration of International Women's Day, the staff of the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife, held this Wednesday, March 06, 2024 an educational talk with all female staff as well as their male counterparts.

The panelists spoke on the theme of savoir être, savoir vivre and savoir-faire in the workplace. Sub-themes such as career management and harassment in the workplace were also discussed.

The watchword for the latter theme was caution, to avoid putting oneself in uncomfortable situations, addressing the men present, they were asked to respect their female colleagues.

Prior to the interactive educative exchange on "savoir vivre" and "savoir-être", it was time to turn to "savoir-faire", with the exhibition and gastronomy fair. The MINFOF women showcased their culinary and artistic talents.

The icing of the cake will be crowned will be the traditional march past on March 08 and the subsequent festivities.
