Deforestation and wildlife protection: the new Turkish ambassador at Jules Doret Ndongo

The new Turkish ambassador, Volkan Isikci was received in audience by the Minister of Forests and Wildlife (MINFOF), Jules Doret Ndongo. With the member of the government, it was a question of strengthening cooperation on the environmental level. Barely took the reins of the Turkish representation in Yaoundé, Ambassador Volkan Isikci moved to the cabinet of Minister Jules Doret Ndongo. At MINFOF, “it was agreed to focus, in the coming days, on phenomena such as deforestation and the protection of wildlife. To do this, the two hosts have agreed to maintain continuous contact. " Clearly, the fight against deforestation and the protection of wildlife will be a strategic axis in the bilateral cooperation between Yaoundé and Ankara in the coming years.
